Municipal Ordinance "Municipal Ordinance" means the Municipal Ordinance of the Straits Settlements in force in the States of Malacca and Penang and as applicable to the States of Johore, Kedah, Kelantan, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak, Perlis, Selangor and Trengganu by the Municipal Ordinance (Extended Application) Ordinance 1948;
